NDIS- Home Therapy & Gym Visits

We offer a free telephone consult to understand your condition before our initial consultation. We provide mobile physiotherapy and exercise physiology in your home or your local Plus 24 gym, we cover your gym membership whilst you are in our care. Exercise programs for rehabilitation, strength or mobility are delivered to clients or their carers via the Physitrack app. We see clients with following conditions among others:

Home Visit Physiotherapy

Drive Healthcare’s mobile physiotherapists will come to you to assess and treat your injury. Appointment duration is set as requested by client or the complexity of your presentation. We are available Monday through to Saturday, will come at a time that suits you and have on the spot health fund rebates available through Mobile HiCAPS (if your health fund is eligible).

Post Surgical Rapid Recovery

Getting to the clinic after surgery can be difficult, we work closely with your GP and surgeon to ensure your progress is optimised in the comfort of your home. We use innovative technology to measure joint mobility and muscle strength, improving patient motivation and outcomes and keeping you on track for rapid recovery.

Home Care Packages (Support In The Home Program).

Care packages are for those aged 65 and over that have chronic or complex health conditions impacting their everyday life. Supports that are provided are intended to keep the participant living in their home and independent. We specialise in treatment that improves mobility & movement disorders, improve balance & posture, relieve pain & stiffness, slow physical decline and reduce falls risk. It is our goal to have every client feeling as good as they possibly can, whist focusing on their independence as an outcome. This program will eventually be replaced by a new streamlined “Support in the home Program” from 2024. We will provide more information when it is made available.

Workers Compensation | Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Our mobile physiotherapists are accredited (SIRA) to provide in home physiotherapy and exercise physiology to the Sutherland Shire, St. George & Banksotwn areas. Your GP will need to refer you to Drive Healthcare & the insurer will approve home visits if you are unable to attend a clinic due to the injury or damage to your vehicle. We can provide fitness for work certificates for second and subsequent medical reviews. If your workplace is within our service area and there is appropriate space/ approval to treat you there, we can.
